Warranty

All our products are custom made from an impression of your ear. We offer 28 days cover for you to check the fit of your plugs.  If they need any adjustment the plugs will be need to be returned within the 28 days.

We give a 1 year warranty on all of our products to cover material issues, with the exception of our IEM cables which have a 30 Day guarantee.  After a year we will repair for cost of components.  

1. General wear and tear
2. 3rd party modification
3. Blockages from wax build up or moisture
4. Postage cost to or from Mercury lab
5. Accidental damage  
6. Damage from misuse  

When returning your plugs please ensure you attach the correct postage.  We take no responsibility for packages that have incorrect postage.  We recommend plugs are sent recorded delivery or similar to allow you to track them.  

Please also include: Your name, return address, telephone number and original order number and a brief description of the fault.
